This seems to have worked for me. I was able to do it without Terminal by searching in Finder for "Audio Music Apps" click on the folder, then right click at the bottom to open folder ". Nov 26, PM.

I always save current projects to the desktop for better performance on the SSD. This made no difference to the performance. Has anyone else experienced similar issues this or can provide me with a solution to my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Playhead will not scroll, files can't be saved, can't quit the app without using forced quit, can't bounce tracks, the track window went black, loops library seems empty, All worked great with Sierra, but High Sierra Here is my list: Loops are gone Playhead erractic stops, doesn't play, sticks This makes it hard to see where the track is playing Can't save changes to logicx files created prior to pre High Sierra install Can't close app without using force quit Can't bounce tracks to anything without a crash The Navigation bar and time counter in Logic X does not work properly Those are the basic issues, can't even get deeper without being able to use simple tasks.

User profile for user: Cuauhtemoc Cuauhtemoc. I'm glad you were able to retrieve your Audio Music Apps folder from a backup. Can't thank you enough! Contact the manufacturer for support. If the project opens and plays back properly, you might need to update or service your audio interface.
If Logic Pro opens, you might need to update or service your external audio interface. It can also mean a third-party Audio Units plug-in might be damaged, or it might not be compatible with your version of Logic Pro. You can try bypassing plug-ins to troubleshoot your issue.
You can create a new project and test to check if the issue is with your project or Logic Pro app. Create another user account on your Mac , then try to recreate the issue in the new user account. If the issue doesn't occur in the new user account, settings or files in the original account might be causing the issue.
However, you do lose any custom preference settings that you might have made. After resetting preferences, open your project and try to reproduce the issue that you were experiencing. If the issue no longer occurs, open Logic Pro preferences and reapply your custom preference settings.

I like it more and more because Would it be possible to temporarily -i. I've been able to do this in the past with other App-store purchased software, but won't take it for granted as Logic isn't exactly cheap. Actually, Logic Pro is relatively inexpensive compared to most other DAWs but Apple makes their money back with the generated hardware sales.
